Melissa Weers, 28, Diller, died Saturday, June 28, 2008, at the Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center. Born April 20, 1980, in Dayton, Ohio.

Survivors: husband, Shawn; sons, Marquis, Isaiah and Spencer of Diller; mother, Jennifer Dudrick of Walnut, Miss.; father, A.B. Taylor of Richmond, Va.; sisters, Samantha Eaton of Richmond, Va., and Pam Fick of Mineral, Va. Preceded in death by grandparents.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday July 2, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Diller. Burial: Prairie Home Cemetery at Diller. Memorials to Diller Fire & Rescue or the family’s choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home, Fairbury.
