Pounds lost this week: 3
My arms are sore. My right calf is sore. My left knee hurts. I must be doing something right if 'no pain, no gain' is true. It's week three and I'm still here so it's all good.
Bryan keeps adding new exercises and pushing us to work harder and do more. We both lost weight again this week, so he's doing a great job!
I went to to the gym around 9:30 the other night after the kids were in bed. I'm usually not a evening or night work out kind of girl, but I felt guilty since we'd splurged a bit on Saturday night at Tall Tree Tastings.
I was amazed at the number of people there! Who are you people? You healthy folk who spend prime sleep/TV time working on your fitness?
I guess that's why they are fit and I'm trying to get a handle on myself before its too late!
