Pounds lost this week: 1
Total pounds lost: 11
TUESDAY: My workout was moved to Tuesday to give me an extra day of rest on my calf. We stayed with basically a no-impact workout. It was still an intense workout. With the “injury,” I have had to focus more on my food intake, which may be a good thing. I am really watching my MyFitnessPal app. I am trying to get my proteins up around 100 and my sugars under 40 or so.
WEDNESDAY: No-impact workouts are not easy, especially this one! Bryan is doing awesome at still giving great, hard workouts, without any strain on my calf. I am getting a little tired of this continuing to be an issue. It is slowly getting better this time, but it is still getting better. My diet has been much better this week, even though my pounds lost don't show it. This was supposed to be the week to retest the ½ mile run, so Bryan had me do one mile on the bike, and my BMI, blood pressure and waist measurements all went down. So as frustrated as I have been, I am also happy with my continued results.
THURSDAY: Cardio day equals bike day. I spent most of the day on the bike at different speeds, times and resistances. Bryan also had some core work on the agenda. We talked about changing up my schedule going forward. I am going back to work at DuTeau Chevrolet, so my schedule is changing. I am happy that I will be able to continue with the Fitness Challenge.
