This has been one of the hardest weeks so far. I have been fighting sickness since Monday night. I'm sore, tired, congested, and just not feeling right at all.
Thursday night, I went in for my workout hoping I could sweat out some of my sickness. That was one of the hardest workouts to date! My Friday workout is postponed until sometime this weekend. I just do not have enough energy to get a great workout in.
I hope this cold/sickness passes sooner rather than later. I am not enjoying this at all!
I also wanted to give a huge shout out to Jess, she is doing great!
