Well, up 1.5 pounds. I wasn't real happy about it. But, I have no one to blame but myself! I had fried foods for the first time since November last weekend. Fantasy baseball draft and we pulled through Raisin Canes. It was not very tasty, way too salty, and I was miserable the rest of the night. I also forgot my lunch at home a couple days and had to eat out. It was nothing bad, but it sure was not prepared at home and I am sure had too much salt and sugar.
Work out wise, I have been real pleased with myself. I have been noticing myself being able to lift more weight more times, run faster and longer. Bryan has a real knack of knowing when to take it up a notch or two to really challenge me.
I had to buy new jeans which is awesome but I used to buy the first 42/34 relaxed fit I could find, not anymore. There are way too may different styles that fit way different than others. What would fit in the waist would be too tight in the thigh, what would fit in the thigh would be way to big in the waist. Below the waist, at the waist, tapered, slim, straight, relaxed, cargo, slim straight. I had to try on like 10 different pairs and finally settled on a pair of 36/34 relaxed straight cut. Yes, you read that right 36!
I thought I would attempt to get down to 235 and be okay at that weight because of how things are going. I think 220-225 is my next goal range. OK, enough rambling. Time to keep at it!
