OK, so I left the gym in tears the other day.
I’m such an emotional person, but they were happy tears!
I just lost another 5 pounds and I am super pumped! It really shows that if you put the work in, it pays off!
Losing that 5 pounds has given me another boost of confidence to push harder. This week, we are focusing on prepping home-cooked meals.
I have been doing that pretty much (already) anyways, so it’s really not a big deal to me. And really, it’s a lot easier and cheaper that going out.
I go to the gym at least 6 days a week and have one day of rest. Although sometimes I still feel like I should go everyday because I feel so good after I leave!
Seriously, I am feeling so good about things right now. And I’m not stopping anytime soon! This is awesome!
