Pounds lost this week: +1
I gained a pound! Going to get myself down about it though because I feel like I have came very far! I’ve lost 30 pounds! My journey is just beginning.
I’ve already been talking to I husband about continuing my training sessions with Bryan after the challenge is over. This opportunity was a great motivator to get me started on my weight loss journey. I don’t think I would have started it without the help of the fitness challenge and a push from friends and family.
I have been preparing my meals and watching what I eat. Even my son Mason enjoys broccoli. My husband Dennis still isn’t sure about brussels sprouts. I do catch him sneaking a bite or two of them when I fix them.
Bryan keeps me motivated During my workouts. I really like riding the bike because I feel like it gets my heart rate up and I feel like I get a good work out when I get off the bike. The one exercise I don’t care for is the treadmill because I feel like it makes my shins hurt sometimes. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger right?
I know I say this every time but I truly mean it. I appreciate all the support that everyone has given me throughout the fitness challenge. It seems like everywhere I go from the grocery store to the courthouse people are saying hi to me and telling me good job. It’s always good for people to notice. Thanks again have a great week everyone.
