Another week has passed and I feel like I'm starting to become stagnant.
I don't feel as motivated to go to the gym as I have in the past, and old cravings are trying to poke their way into my eating habits.
I had a good work out with Tyson and found out he will be leaving for another baseball commitment, how dare he right? (Just kidding) but I've made it my goal to push myself harder when he isn't there.
When I work out on my own I find myself doing only cardio and little weights. The intensity just isn't there when you don't have someone pushing you and guiding your workouts.
So as my new goal I am going to try doing some of the sets we do throughout the week and bury that nagging voice in my head.
I also had an appointment with an endocrinologist in Lincoln. We did some blood work and talked about what and how thyroid disorder can effect you.
Even with some med changes i still feel crummy so hopefully I can get some more answers on my thyroid issues and get my body/hormones back on track. Yippee!
