Last week I gained. This week I only lost half a pound. I'm disappointed to say the least, but who am I disappointed in? Myself, that's who. Work outs are not the problem, I'm there ready to go. I'm struggling with the nutrition. It doesn't matter how much you work out if you eat like crap. Use a tracking app like Myfitnesspal and you will be a amazed how little bites here and there add up. And how quickly they add up to way too many calories!
