Loma Gayle Sack
Loma Gayle Sack, 60, of Lincoln passed away on Oct. 3, 2017. She was born on April 25, 1957 in Beatrice, Neb. to Marvin Lester and Charleene May (Brabec) Pollman. She graduated from Barneston High School and Peru State College. Loma retired after 36 years as a consultant for Allied Insurance (Nationwide). She was a member of the Lincoln Berean Church, Chix’n Chasers Square Dance Club, Nebraska Square and Round Dance Association and Lincoln Square and Round Dance, in which she held many offices. Loma enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking, flowers, listening to Southern Gospel music, playing with the grandkids, watching Nebraska football, volleyball and attending her nieces' and nephews' sporting events.
Family members include her husband, Bill; sons, Rusty (Amy) Sack of Olathe, Kan. and Dustin (Kim) Fergen of Overland Park, Kan.; grandchildren, Maddie and Christian Sack of Olathe, Kan. and Joanna and Angelica Fergen of Overland Park, Kan.; mother, Charleene Pollman of Wymore; sister, Laura Pollman of Clay Center, Kan.; sister-in-law, Carol with husband, Ron Schroer of Waverly. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017 at Lincoln Berean Church, located at 6400 S. 70th St. in Lincoln.
Interment will take place at 3 p.m. in the Kearney Cemetery of Kearney, Neb.
Memorials may be made to the Barneston American Legion Post 356, the Barneston Cemetery Board and Immanuel Lutheran State Line Church.
Visitation with family present will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday at Roper and Sons, located at 4300 O St. in Lincoln.
