Voice for Companion Animals and Pony Express Veterinary Clinic will hold a free shot clinic for dogs in low income households. Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccines will be available. The clinic will be held from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Jan. 3, at Pony Express Vet Clinic, 3300 No. Sixth St., in Beatrice.

There is an application process and an appointment is necessary. Appointments can be made at the next Critter Cupboard pet food pantry distribution on Dec. 28 at The Salvation Army in Beatrice, or by calling 402-205-2952.
