The Beatrice Speedway crowned five A Feature champions Friday night during the second to last week of the regular season.

Jordan Grabouski cruised to an A Feature win in the IMCA Modified A Feature while Dillon Richards was victorious in the Sports Compact A Feature.

In the Stock Car Division, Dustin Schmidt claimed the checkered flag while Lance Borgman won the Sports Mods A Feature. Rounding out Friday's winners was Tyler Davis in the Hobby Stock A Feature.

Sport Compact A Feature

Nathan Wahlstrom and Ronda Mewes led them out of turn four, but the caution came out quickly as a few cars got together in turn one. Wahlstrom and Mewes led them out of turn once again, but the start was jumped, so no green.

They tried it again and Wahlstrom and Mewes led them out of turn four, but the caution came out yet again as Alexis Richards got spun in turn one. Once again, Wahlstrom and Mewes led them out of turn four with Shawn Hein and Josh Young right behind. Mewes took the lead with Hein and Dillon Richards right behind.

Coming out of turn four, Richards took the lead and Hein took the second spot with Mewes in the third spot and John Martinez in the fourth spot. On lap four, Hein and Martinez battled for the second spot for the next couple laps until Martinez took the second spot and Zach Bohlmeyer and Drake Bohlmeyer moved up into the fourth and fifth spot.

With nine laps to go, Bohlmeyers got around Hein for the third and fourth spots. With three laps to go, D. Bohlmeyer got around Z. Bohlmeyer for the third spot. The caution came out with one to go when Martinez was coming up on lap traffic going into turn one. Tim Cude got into him and Martinez got spun.

Richards led them out of turn four with D. Bohlmeyer and Z. Bohlmeyer battling for the second spot. Z. Bohlmeyer got around D. Bohlmeyer for the second spot. Bohlmeyer worked on Richards for the lead and coming out of turn four to the checkers Richards and Bohlmeyer were side by side and door to door. Richards got the win by inches.

Stock Car

Jake Waldron and Gary Laflin led them out of turn four with Leif Weyer and Dustin Schmidt right behind. Laflin took the lead with Weyer, Waldron and Dan Nelson behind.

On the next lap, Nelson took the second spot and Kyle Vanover moved into the second spot. Laflin continued to lead as Nelson and Vanover battled for the second spot. Nelson got around Laflin for the lead.

The caution came out for Vanover when he got a flat tire. Nelson led them out of turn four with Laflin and Dustin Schmidt right behind. With five laps left, Nelson and Schmidt battled for the lead for the next couple of laps.

With two laps left, coming out turn four, Schmidt went to the low side and Nelson went to the high side and Schmidt took the lead and held off Nelson for the win.

Sport Mod A Feature

Cole Wayman and Trent Roth led them out of turn four with Mike Sherwood and Jarred Hackler behind. Wayman and Roth continue to battle for the lead all the way around the track and coming out of turn four, Roth took the lead.

Wayman and Hackler battled for the second spot with Rick Rohr right behind. Hackler took the second spot and Rohr claimed the third spot. Roth and Hackler battled for the lead and on lap five, coming out of turn four, Hackler took the lead.

Lance Borgman moved up and took the third spot from Rohr. Borgman continued to move up through the pack and battled Roth for the second spot. With seven laps to go, Borgman took the second spot and Rohr and Roth battled for the third spot.

With six to go, coming out of turn two, Borgman took the lead form Hackler. The caution came out with two laps to go for Travis Runcie and Mary Lenz when they spun in turn three and four. Borgman led them out of turn four with Hackler and Rohr battling for the second spot.

Coming out of turn four, Hackler took the second spot. Borgman held off Hackler for the win.

Hobby Stock

Tyler Davis led them out of turn four with Nathan Meyer and Jake Harms and Roy Armstrong right behind. On lap two, Harms and Armstrong got around Meyer for the second and third spot.

Coming out of turn two, Armstrong took the second spot. Harms was in the third spot and Ryan Roschewski took the fourth spot. That’s the way the top four remained until five laps to go when Armstrong tried the high side and Roschewski went to the bottom.

They came out of turn four three wide and Roschewski took the third spot on the front stretch. Armstrong stayed on the high side and Roschewski stayed on the low side and Roschewski took the second spot coming out of turn four. Davis claimed his first victory this season.

Modified A Feature

Robert Brinkman and Jimmy Reeves led them out of turn four, but Brinkman took the lead on the back stretch with Shane Hiatt and Jordan Grabouski right behind. Grabouski went to the high side and worked his way to the front. On lap three, Grabouski took the second spot.

On the next lap, the caution came out for Lisa Wagner and Ashley Schaff. On the restart, Brinkman led them out of turn four with Grabouski right behind him. Coming out of turn four, Grabouski took the lead and Hiatt took the second spot. Grabouski had a half-track lead over Hiatt when the caution came out for Wagner.

On the restart, Grabouski brought them out of turn four with Hiatt in the second spot. Grabouski built up a nice lead over Hiatt and coasted to the checkered flag, also winning the Mod Mania thousand dollars.
