On Thursday, March 7 I got pleasant surprise: Lost one pound.
This week I was either not hungry or feeling like I could not get full, will call it "feast or famine." I had another shocker when entering food into my fitness pal after eating it. On Monday we picked up some muffins at Costco, Tueday morning I had one for breakfast.
When entering food into my log later, "wowza" the muffin was 740 calories, 107 carbs, 31 grams of fat, NOT GOOD.
My exercise went well this last week, I did achieve my goal of going to gym six times and threw in a couple extra as well. I have seen some improvement in my stamina, when working out.

The best day for me this week was today --- I met with Brian at 1pm it was almost 60 degrees out. My friend Henry stopped by when I got home asked if I wanted to go work-out, we worked out for a while. When we came out the sun was shining and it was 60 plus degrees.
We decided to fire our Harleys up and go for a short ride, it was wonderful, I been so looking forward to riding it had been a couple months. When I put my vest on to ride I noticed it was fitting a bit looser. That was like a cherry on top of a wonderful afternoon.
I continue to realize diet change is the hardest for me, but will continue to take one day at a time.
