When I went to meet with Brian on Thursday the 28th I got a very pleasant surprise, I had lost the 5 pounds I gained plus a bit more. That sure felt good, I was feeling a bit discouraged with my weight gain.
It did give me a complete picture what can happen when you make too many unhealthy choices of what to eat ---
Friday I went to Shang-Hai Inn with my grandma,- and my brother Joe, I had hot and sour soup and egg roll, checked out calories and such before I went, so knew what I was going to order when I got there. I have learned do not eat it and then check to see the nutrition values, as they are off the charts sometimes.

As I look at my fitness pal -- Saturday was my best day. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack -- most days I seem to do one or two meals and a snack. On Sunday my step-mom Jessica made roasted vegetables, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. They were pretty good I did trade her the zuchinni for the mushrooms, I like mushrooms much better than squash -- I will be very likely to have that again.
Monday when I met with Brian he presented a challenge to me, go to gym 6 times this week, so far so good. He did say twice in one day does not count, as sometimes I go with my dad and brother in the evening, after being there during the day.
As always I an hoping I have lost some weight, but probably not. My family says they can see a difference in my body --- So far I cannot see it.
I'm so glad I accepted the invitation of this challenge -- it has been difficult sometimes, but also feels good.
