Another week done!

My workouts with Brian have been way harder!

I try to push myself as hard as I can. I can feel that my body is getting stronger, and that I am able to do a lot more that I could before.

I have been following my diet really well. I lost another 3 pounds this week, not as much as I wanted, but I am still very happy with myself.

I am doing a 5K on Saturday. This is something that I have never done before, or even thought about doing! So it will be a different experience and I'm a little nervous! Thankfully, Dennis will be joining me, so I will have support.

I am just super excited to see what the future has in store for me.

If I continue to eat, and exercise regularly, how good will I feel a few months from now? I'm really making this about a whole lifestyle change for myself. Setting small goals and working towards them.
