OK, so down another 3.5 pounds. How awesome is that!
I never imagined two months ago that I would be down almost 30 pounds! Workouts have been a lot more challenging, but I am totally up for it! Wednesday was very challenging for me, but I pushed through it as hard as I could.
Also, I beat my half mile time by another 30 seconds. The last time this girl ran close to a half mile was when I was in gym class in school. I am just really excited and proud of the accomplishments I have made so far. I cannot imagine how far I will go if I continue on this awesome journey.
Nutrition has been going good. I always try to prep up things so when I go to work I have something available to eat. I have noticed that I have more energy to do things, and that my clothes are starting to fit looser.
This is just such a positive experience, and I am so thankful for the support from everyone! Thank you! Shout out to Jeff, you are doing awesome! Keep it up man!
