I've said it before I'll say it again, our time with the challenge is wrapping up.

It literally doesn't seem real and flew by incredibly fast! Throughout the weeks I've had highs and lows but the highs definitely out weigh the low.

I've gained back my confidence, my determination is off the charts, and my willingness to continue what I've learned along the way is so much stronger than I had ever imagined!

This program, for me, didn't only change my outer self, but my inner, which I never expected. Now that's a serious gain!

As far as workouts since my previous blog, they've been scarce. With my new schedule I've met with Tyson once, and gone a handful of times on my own for a 30-40 min period before putting my son to bed.

Although I haven't been in the gym as much as I'd like, I am watching my diet more. It's definitely not as hard as before, and it's funny to think about how much I dreaded "dieting" in the beginning.

It really is a lifestyle change. So here's to the final days and to the rest of my NEW life!
