The final days are quickly approaching as we finish out this challenge. It really doesn't seem like it's been 14 weeks (I demand a recount!)

Through out the process I've gained not only physical strength and endurance, but mental strength and endurance also. I am now more able to decline unhealthy choices, cook meals with way less carbs/fats, and make it through the day with so much more ease.

Along with those things I feel like I am slowly gaining my confidence back as well. I find myself not being afraid to wear clothes that show off my curves or my waist, that's right folks mamma's got her waist back! I'm not embarrassed to go to the store or try on clothing.

I can now get down and wrestle and play with my son, and not have to constantly worry if my shirt moved and was showing any skin. I still have quite a ways to go, in my opinion, but the destination doesn't seem as impossible as before.

I can now picture my new healthy lifestyle, because I'm actually living it!

Tyson and I were finally able to meet between our busy schedules and it felt great to be back working together.

Even though I had been less than motivated the previous week or so, I pushed that aside and found my workout to be a breeze! (Don't tell him that ) I enjoy and look forward to keeping up some of the new exercises we have made through out the process, and can certainly see myself sticking with it.

I know I have said this a million times in my writing, to friends, and to my trainer, but I seriously appreciate this opportunity and the time given to me by Tyson, the Daily Sun , and everyone at the gym.

In the beginning I would complain about my weight, work out a few times, and give up when I didn't see immediate results. I never would of made this leap on my own, but I'm so incredibly glad I did. This change was not only for myself but for my son, my biggest blessing. I now am proud to to say that our lives have and will continue to change, thanks to what I've learned, and that is an automatic win in my book.
