Pounds lost so far: 3
In the days following my first workout with Tyson I would lay in bed at night, woken up by sore muscle pain, and contemplate life itself. Is looking good for summer/in general really worth it? Is it the cool thing to do? Friday and Saturday were BRUTAL!
I dreaded sitting down or standing up, and came to the conclusion that if God wanted me to be able to bend over without pain, there would be margaritas on the floor (for motivational purposes).
Despite my body's loud screams for rest I continued to go the gym everyday except Saturday , but made up with some ab workouts at home. Then the most wonderful thing happened! Instead of blessing me with margaritas, the good Lord gave me Biofreeze! Let me tell you, that stuff is the bees knees!
Come Monday, I actually felt like I could breathe without crying. We weighed in with Tyson and I was down 3 pounds in four days. Not going to lie I was pretty disappointed at first. But with only one meeting with Tyson and doing the rest on my own, I guess 3 pounds in four days is pretty good.
I now look at it as a motivation/ goal to meet or beat on my next weigh in. Let the fun begin!
