Have you always managed your turf the same way?

New recommendations have come from the UNL Turf research department show us how to manage our lawns to reduce fertilizer use and reduce runoff. Nebraska Extension in cooperation with the Beatrice Groundwater Guardian Team is putting on a Managing your Turf seminar.

The seminar will be held at 12:00, noon on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the Beatrice Valentino’s, located at 701 Court St., with a free lunch included, it will last until 1:30 p.m.

The seminar will cover the topics of pollutants that come from your lawn, reducing pollutants in groundwater, and managing your turf to reduce pollutants. Registration is required and is limited to the first 50 people. Please register with the extension office by Monday, March 25.
