Graduating seniors at Beatrice High School were recently honored at the school's annual Scholastic Achievement Banquet. Students receiving scholarship included: 

ALISON PAIGE BARTHOLOMEW, daughter of Gail and Jim Bartholomew, has been awarded the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1077 Scholarship and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary #1077 Scholarship.

TRENTON LEE BATES, son of Todd and Connie Bates, is the recipient of a St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship. 

JACE TYLER BERRY, son of Andrea Berry and John Berry, was selected to receive the Northwest Merit Scholarship and the Green and White Advantage Scholarship from Northwest Missouri State University. 

MIKAYLA LINN BLETSCHER, daughter of Brad and Kathy Bletscher, has won the Virgil and Rhoda Pethoud Scholarship for Softball, the Vesper Chapter #9 Order of the Eastern Star Scholarship, a Women’s Softball Scholarship and the Presidential Scholarship from Cloud County Community College. 

CHRISTIAN ANDREW BORZEKOFSKI, son of Robert Borzekofski and Meredith Griffin, is being awarded the Anderson Leader Athlete Scholarship from Midland University and Christian has earned the President’s Education Award. 

JOCELYN DIANE BOWLES, daughter of Darin Bowles and Kristi Bowles, is the recipient of an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

ALEXIA ELISA BROLLINI, daughter of Angelina Brollini and Tanner Parde, has been awarded the Theodore R. and Marcelene R. Muenster Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation Scholarship. 

DILLON LEVI BUSS, son of Mark and Tonia Buss, has earned the Theodore R. and Marcelene R. Muenster Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the Regent’s Scholar Award, and the President’s Education Award. 

REBECCA MARIE CORTER, daughter of Corey Pyle and Melissa Bartlett, has won a SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

LILIANNA JOY COWELL, daughter of Anne Lottman and the late Tim Cowell, is the recipient of a Rotary Club Scholarship and a Founders Scholarship from the University of Northwestern. 

KATLIN JEAN CROSIER, daughter of Steve and Shelly Crosier, has been chosen to receive a SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

DILLON DEAN DAMME, son of Dean and Stacy Damme, was selected for a Fred and Virginia Vette Scholarship, the Mike and Tami Hoffman, Toro Company Scholarship, the Regents Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, the Presidential Scholarship from Midland University, and an Academic Scholarship from Concordia University. Dillon has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

CHASE A. DEBOER, son of Gary and Laura DeBoer, has won the Stoddard Elementary School Scholarship, the Kiwanis Club, Homestead Early Risers Scholarship, and a SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

HANNAH JOY DRENT, daughter of Ernie and Nancy Drent, is the recipient of the Lela A. Blas Scholarship, a Masonic Scholarship, and a Science Club Scholarship. 

ARIAL JEAN EGGERT, daughter of Angie Eggert and Corey Eggert, is being awarded the Peter W. Jepsen Scholarship and the Theodore R. and Marcelene R. Muenster Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

EMMA GRACE ELLIOTT, daughter of Charles and Jennifer Elliott, was selected to receive the Smithfield Farmland Scholarship, the Delta Kappa Gamma Scholarship, and an SCC First Generation Scholarship.

KALEIGH SUE FIELDER, daughter of Jason and Kandi Fielder, has earned the Tower Scholar Award and the Bearcat Advantage Scholarship from Northwest Missouri State University. 

BRAYDEN JAMES FRERICHS, son of Jeff and Jenny Frerichs, is the recipient of the Amber (Goossen) Schroeder Scholarship, the Eldon and Frances Goble Agriculture/Business Scholarship, the Paddock Lane P.T.O. Scholarship, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary #1077 Scholarship, and the St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Brayden was awarded the Husker Traditions Scholarship, and the H. Beachell Scholarship. Brayden has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

JESSICA MARIE FUJAN, daughter of Dave and Angela Fujan, has won the George W. McNenny Scholarship, the Brandon Villafane Scholarship, and the Knights of Columbus Council 1723 Scholarship, from Saint Joseph Catholic Church. From Iowa State University, Jessica earned the Award for Competitive Excellence Scholarship; from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Jessica earned the Dean’s Scholarship; from Kansas State University, Jessica received the K-State Housing Incentive Scholarship and the Midwest Student Exchange Enhancement Scholarship; and from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jessica was awarded the Husker Traditions Scholar Award and a Severa-Baumfalk Scholarship.

MONICA JANE FUJAN, daughter of Dave and Angela Fujan, is being awarded the Irene Sokolik Scholarship, the Knights of Columbus Council 1723 Scholarship, from Saint Joseph Catholic Church, and a Science Club Scholarship. From the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Monica has earned the Miner Scholarship, the Miner Out of State Scholarship, and the University Scholarship. From Kansas State University, Monica was awarded the Purple and White Scholarship and the K-State Housing Incentive Scholarship. From Iowa State University, Monica was selected for the Academic Recognition Award; from the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Monica earned the Loper Achievement Award; and from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Monica was given the Husker Traditions Scholar Award, a University Foundation Scholarship, and a Severa-Baumfalk Scholarship. Monica has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

BENJAMIN BRYAN GARLAND, son of Wesley and Tina Garland, has been selected for the Flint Hills Resources Discovery Scholarship, the Virgil Jurgens Scholarship, the Merit Scholarship from the Colorado School of Mines; the College of Engineering Scholarship and the Award for Competitive Excellence Scholarship from Iowa State University; and the Regents Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ben has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

COLTON MONTGOMERY GRONEWOLD, son of Gary and Brenda Gronewold, was selected to receive the Fred and Virginia Vette Scholarship, a Science Club Scholarship, the Farmer’s Cooperative Scholarship, the Merlyn Anderson 4-H Scholarship, a Youth Character Scholarship, the Gage County Ag Society Scholarship, and been named to the Second Team, All-State Academic Team by the Omaha World Herald. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Colton will receive the Regents Scholarship, a College of Engineering Scholarship, the David West Hawksworth Scholarship, and the Honors Textbook Scholarship. Colton has also earned the President’s Education Award.

DALTON DARIN HALSEY, son of Darin Halsey and Jill Hankins, has won an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship.

DANNI YVONNE HARDER, daughter of Kim Harder and Bruce Harder, has been chosen to receive the American Legion Post #27 Scholarship. 

QUINTIN RAY HARTIG, son of John Hartig and Cally Ideus, was selected to receive an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

ELIJAH JAMES HAVEKOST, son of Michael and Sandi Havekost, is the recipient of the Harold R. Deitemeyer Scholarship, a Husker Power Scholar Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has earned the President’s Education Award. 

KACIE LEA HEIDBRINK, daughter of David and Connie Heidbrink, has won the Paddock Lane P.T.O. Scholarship, a Toro Company Scholarship, and the St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Kacie will receive the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, the President’s Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kacie was awarded the Husker Power Scholar Award. Kacie has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

SKYLER DEAN HELLMER, son of Cammie and Terry Hellmer, has been chosen to receive an SCC Foundation Scholar Award. 

AUSTIN DEAN HINZ, son of Lisa and Jason VanWesten and Daryl and Elvia Hinz, is being awarded the Class of 1961 Scholarship, the Dale J. and Zella B. Cooper Scholarship, and from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Austin will receive the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, an Archway Scholarship, a Pre-Health Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. 

TESSA ANNE HOFFMAN, daughter of Darin and Kendra Hoffman, was selected to receive the Frances V. Fellwock Reed Scholarship, a P.E.O. Chapters FM and Z Scholarship, the American Red Cross Young Minds Scholarship, the Lucile V. Reilly Scholarship, a Science Club Scholarship, the Dr. Edmund Carlson Scholarship, a St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship, and was named to the Second Team, All-State Academic Team by the Omaha World Herald. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Tessa received a Regent’s Scholarship; from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Tessa received a Regent’s Scholarship; and from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Tessa was awarded a Founders Scholarship, a STEM Recognition Scholarship, a Huge Recognition Scholarship, an Instrumental Ensemble Performance Scholarship, a Nebraska Strong Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. Tessa is a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, and has earned the President’s Education Award. 

KIRSTEN ELAINE HOLLE, daughter of Greg Holle and Tamera Winter, is the recipient of an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

JERAD B. G. HUMBLE, son of John and Katie Humble, has been awarded the Karla Hays Loving Heart Scholarship, the Noon Kiwanis Club Scholarship, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary #1077 Scholarship, and a St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jerad will receive a Husker Living and Learning Scholar Award, a Husker Power Scholar Award; and from Kansas State University, Jerad earned the Heritage Award. 

MOLLY KATHRYN HURLEY, daughter of Jamie and Eric Miller, is the recipient of an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

LOGAN KEITH HUTT, son of David and Becky Hutt, has earned the Husker Power Scholar Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the President’s Education Award. 

AUSTIN KEITH HUWALDT, son of Misty and David Huwaldt, is being awarded an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

MICHALA MARIE JANZEN, daughter of Tammie Janzen and Virgil Janzen, was chosen to receive the Don Linn Scholarship and a Science Club Scholarship. 

ISABELLE OLIVIA JIMENEZ, daughter of Misty Flores and Omar Flores, is the winner of an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

JENNA LEIGH JUNKER, daughter of Jeff and Michelle Junker, has been selected to receive the Neil and Alison Henry Scholarship, the American Legion Post #27 Scholarship, a Science Club Scholarship, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1077 Scholarship, and a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1077 Auxiliary Club Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Jenna has been awarded a Nebraska Strong Scholarship, the Presidents Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jenna has earned the Husker Living and Learning Scholar Award and a Husker Traditions Scholarship. 

CAMERON DEAN JURGENS, son of Ted and Beth Jurgens, has been awarded an Athletic Scholarship in Football from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

KOLE THOMAS JURGENS, son of Kenny and Michelle Jurgens, has won the American Legion Post #27, Lee Donovan Scholarship, the 8th Grade Scholarship, and an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship.

WHITLEY CLARICE KLEVELAND, daughter of Kenny and Shannon Kleveland, has received the Esther L. (Kreuscher) Damkroger Scholarship, the Margaret Kassing Educational Scholarship, the Robert Taylor Scholarship, the David Fry Award, the Beatrice Education Association Scholarship, the Beatrice Area Retired School Personnel Scholarship, the Alpha Delta Kappa Scholarship, the Jane and Roger Aden Scholarship, a Science Club Scholarship, the Mark Metcalf Writing Achievement Award, a Stoddard Elementary School Scholarship, the Cosgrove Music Scholarship, the Sy Gau Merit Scholarship from the Sertoma Great Plains Region, and a Beatrice Regional Orchestra Senior Soloist Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Whitley has earned a Glenn Korff School of Music Scholarship, a Pepsi Scholar Award, a Nebraska Achievement Scholar Award, the University Honors Scholar Award, and a Huskers Traditions Scholar Award. Whitley has also received a Hagan Scholarship and has earned the President’s Education Award. 

ELIZABETH MARIE KRUSE, daughter of Tim and Angela Kruse, is the recipient of the Kiwanis Homestead Early Risers Scholarship, a Husker Power Scholar Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has earned the President’s Education Award. 

NATHAN JAMES LANCASTER, son of Jim and Janet Lancaster, was selected to receive the Fred and Virginia Vette Scholarship, the Student Council Scholarship, a Merlyn Anderson 4-H Scholarship, a Gage County Ag Society Scholarship, the Joseph & Teresa Graff Scholarship from St. Joseph’s Church, and the Knights of Columbus Council 1723 Scholarship from Saint Joseph Catholic Church. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nathan earned the David Distinguished Scholar Award. From the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Nathan received the Chancellor’s Scholarship. From Creighton University, Nathan was awarded the University Founders Award. Nathan also earned the President’s Education Award. 

NATASHA BRIE-ANN LEAL, daughter of Melissa Perrett and Michael Leal, is the winner of an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

VICTORIA CATHALEEN LOPEZ, daughter of Helen Lopez and Martin Lopez, has received an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

TAYLOR NICHOLE LOVELL, daughter of Wendy Doyle and Jeremy Lovell, has won a Sertoma Club Scholarship, the AMVETS Post #11 Scholarship to Southeast Community College, and an Academic Scholarship from Concordia University. 

BREA NICOLE LOVITT, daughter of Karey and Rick Roberts and Jeremy and Julie Lovitt, is the recipient of the Dance Team Scholarship and the Lincoln Elementary PTO Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Brea will receive the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, an Archway Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. From Midland University, Brea was awarded the Scholar Performer Scholarship; and from Northwest Missouri State University, Brea was selected to receive the Northwest Merit Scholarship and the Green and White Advantage Scholarship. 

HANNAH MARIE LUEDERS, daughter of Jon and Candy Lueders, was selected to receive the Beatrice Lion’s Club Bernice Shackelford Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Hannah was awarded a Nebraska Strong Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. 

SHYANNA D. MAGUIRE, daughter of Darrel and Shelena Maguire, has won the Lincoln Elementary PTO Scholarship.

TRINITY RILEY-JOHN MEYERS, son of Chasity and Johnny Meyers, has been chosen to receive an SCC Foundation Scholar Award. 

KODIE MARIE MOOTZ, daughter of Loren and Jodi Mootz, is the winner of the Jana C. Curtis Nursing Scholarship at Southeast Community College-Beatrice and an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

CAMERON M. PARTHEMER, son of William Parthemer and the late Margaret Parthemer, is the recipient of an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship. 

MEREDITH MAY PHELPS, daughter of Sue Buss and Tyler Phelps, is the recipient of an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

MARIA CATHERINE PINKERTON, daughter of Bill and Greta Pinkerton, will be receiving the German Club Scholarship and the Knights of Columbus Council 1723 Scholarship, from Saint Joseph Catholic Church. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Maria has earned the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, the Board of Governors Scholarship, and a Writers Scholarship; from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Maria was awarded the Regents Scholarship; and from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Maria earned the David Distinguished Scholar Award. Maria has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

JADA MACKENZIE PROKOP, daughter of Samantha Prokop and John David Prokop, was awarded a T. J. Skokol Scholarship, and an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

MYA JO RILEY, daughter of Chris and Ann Riley, has earned the Dean’s Academic Scholarship from Missouri Western State University. 

KEENAN MICHEAL RUH, son of Heidi and Zac Lauenstein and Nick Ruh, was chosen to receive the Beatrice Area Retired School Personnel Scholarship, a St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship, an Academic Scholarship from Concordia University, and an SCC Educational Foundation Scholarship. 

SIERRA PAIGE SAATHOFF, daughter of Johnny Saathoff and Traci Russell, was selected to receive an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

MAKALAH DENISE SCHEELE, daughter of Justin and Dina Scheele, has won an American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship and a Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation Scholarship. 

TREVOR JOHN SCHMALE, son of Bev Schmale and Jason Schmale, is being awarded the Perley F. and Bessie V. Bates Scholarship, a Student Council Scholarship, the Andrea Scherling Scholarship, the Madison Basketball Scholarship, a Dale J. and Zella B. Cooper Scholarship, the Key Club Scholarship, a Matt 25 Scholarship from Holy Cross Lutheran Church, and Trevor has earned the President’s Education Award. 

CHASTITY R. SCHMIDT, daughter of Michele Fleck, is the winner of an SCC First Generation Scholarship.

HALEY LAUREN SEXTON, daughter of Kim and Bob Sexton, is the recipient of the Virgil and Rhoda Pethoud Medical Scholarship, a Madison Basketball Scholarship, a St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship, and a P.E.O. Chapters FM and Z Scholarship. 

KYLA LOUISE SLAPNICKA, daughter of Jen Weinman and Alvin Slapnicka, has been awarded an American Legion Post #27, Lee Donovan Scholarship, an Academic Scholarship from Concordia University, and an SCC Freshman Tuition Scholarship.

TREVOR J. SMITH, son of Jill Smith, was selected to receive a Husker Power Scholar Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

ALLISON SUE SNURR, daughter of Peggy and Chris Snurr, was chosen to receive the Sertoma Club Scholarship and from Wayne State College, Allison has earned the Black and Gold Achievement Scholarship and the Donna Sonner Holmes Endowed Scholarship.

GRAHAM LARKIN SOUTHWICK, son of Michael and Amy Southwick, has won a Fred and Virginia V. Vette Scholarship and from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Graham will receive the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, the Founders Scholarship, the Campus Visit Scholarship, and the Huge-Commendation Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Graham earned a Regents Scholar Award and the University Honors Scholar Award. Graham has also earned the President’s Education Award.

PAIGE NICOLE STANBROUGH, daughter of Mark and Dana Stanbrough, has been selected to receive an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

SAMUEL AUSTIN STEFFEN, son of Joe and Jan Steffen, is the recipient of the Diane Cornelius Scholarship, the Paddock Lane PTO Scholarship, the Kenneth Reed Scholarship, the Beatrice Noon Kiwanis Scholarship, a Science Club Scholarship, a Matt 25 Scholarship from Holy Cross Lutheran Church, the Merlyn Anderson 4-H Scholarship, a Youth Character Scholarship, a Gage County Ag Society Scholarship, and the Paul C. Hay Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Sam earned the Joseph O. Young Scholarship and the H.R. and J.D. Evers Scholarship.

Jepsen Scholarship, the Neva and Ernest Smethers Scholarship, the Opal Shum Scholarship, and a Centenary United Methodist Church Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Sam earned the Nebraska Strong Scholarship, a Founders Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, the Huge Commendation Scholarship, a STEM Recognition Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Sam received the David Distinguished Scholar Award. At the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Sam was given the Board of Regents Scholarship; and from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Sam was awarded the Regents’ Scholarship. Sam has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

EVAN J. SUEPER, son of Carol Sueper and Ray Sueper, has earned the Frances V. Fellwock Reed Scholarship, the Hagan Scholarship, and a South Dakota School of Mines Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Evan was awarded a Nebraska Strong Scholarship, a Founders Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Evan received the Johnny Carson Scholar Award and a Regents Scholar Award. In addition, Evan earned the President’s Education Award. 

GRANT ALAN SUEPER, son of Carol Sueper and Ray Sueper, is being awarded the Theodore R. and Marcelene R. Muenster Scholarship from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

NAKHO JIENG KHAN THEPLIKHITH, son of Leakham Theplikhith, is the winner of an AMVETS Post #11 Scholarship to Southeast Community College, and an SCC First Generation Scholarship.

JAMISON ELIZABETH THEYE, daughter of Greg and Janelle Theye and Hunter and Linda Blackwell, has won the Max Manes Scholarship, a Fred and Virginia V. Vette Scholarship, the American Red Cross Young Minds Scholarship, the P.E.O. Chapters FM and Z Scholarship, the Dale J. and Zella B. Cooper Scholarship, and an 8th Grade Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jamison was awarded the Chancellor’s Leadership Scholar Award, the Husker Living and Learning Scholar Award, the Husker Traditions Scholar Award, and the Honors Textbook Scholarship. ANGELA MARIE THORNBURG, daughter of Arline Thornburg and Steve Thornburg, was selected to receive the Delvin Dee Koch Scholarship, the Matt 25 Scholarship from Holy Cross Lutheran Church, the Lois E. Kors Educational Scholarship, the Dale J. and Zella B. CALEB CRAIG WALLMAN, son of Craig and Tiffany Wallman, is the winner of a Career Academy Scholars Award from the SCC Foundation. 

CALISTA RENAE WALLMAN, daughter of John and Stacy Wallman, is the recipient of an SCC First Generation Scholarship. 

SYDNEY JO WEIRICH, daughter of Nathan and Ronda Weirich, is being awarded the Opal Shum Scholarship, the Centenary United Methodist Church Scholarship, an Academic Scholarship from Concordia University, an Athletic Scholarship and a Campus Visit Scholarship from Midland University. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Sydney was awarded a Nebraska Strong Scholarship, an Archway Scholarship, an Achievement Scholarship, and a Campus Visit Scholarship. 

AVA ELIZABETH WIECHMANN, daughter of Julie Erickson and the late Brian Wiechmann, has won the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary #1077 Scholarship. 

ABIGAIL MARIE WITULSKI, daughter of Michael and Susan Witulski, was selected to receive the Letha A. Grimes Scholarship, the Colin Hays Legacy Scholarship, the Greg Replogle Scholarship, the Ken Zimmerman Health Care Scholarship, the Knights of Columbus Council 1723 Scholarship, from Saint Joseph Catholic Church, the Joseph and Teresa Graff Scholarship from Saint Joseph Catholic Church, and the President’s Academic Scholarship from Missouri Western State University. Abigail has also earned the President’s Education Award.

JACEY LYNN WOODYARD, daughter of John Woodyard and the late Kristin Woodyard, is the recipient of the Masonic Lodge #26, Lee and Elsie Donovan Scholarship, the Lois E. Kors Educational Scholarship, the Beatrice Teachers Appreciation Scholarship, the Beatrice Lion’s Club, Southeast Community College Scholarship, the Beatrice Education Association Southeast Community College Scholarship, and the Beatrice Noon Kiwanis Club Scholarship. From Southeast Community College-Beatrice, Jacey has earned the Educational Foundation Scholarship and the Career Academy Scholars Award from the Southeast Community College Foundation; and from Northwest Missouri State University, Jacey was awarded the University Scholar Award and the Green and White Advantage Scholarship. 

JOSEPH VAUGHN WRIGHT, son of Vaughn and Tina Wright, was chosen for the Flint Hills Resources Discovery Scholarship, the Peter W. Jepsen Scholarship, and the Ben Stindt Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Joseph has earned the Walter Scott, Jr. Scholarship and the Regent’s Scholarship. From Nebraska Wesleyan University, Joseph was awarded the Nebraska Strong Scholarship and the Founders Scholarship. From the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Joseph was awarded the Regents Scholar Award and the University Honors Scholar Award. Joseph has also earned the President’s Education Award. 

GWENDOLYN HOPE ZUMWALT, daughter of Cassandra Zumwalt and Billy Zumwalt, has been selected to receive an SCC First Generation Scholarship.
