The Gage County District Courtroom was filled with county workers and elected officials who were sworn into their positions Thursday morning.

Returning and newly elected officials, in addition to workers from some county offices, took the oath of office in the courtroom.

The oath was administered by District Court Judge Rick Schreiner.

After raising their right hands and taking the oath of office, a paper was signed before the judge and turned in, marking the beginning of four-year terms for officials voted into office after the November general election.
