A Wymore man accused of selling methamphetamine was sentenced to serve a jail term followed by probation.
Roger L. Cline Jr. was sentenced on Wednesday in Gage County District Court by Judge Rick Schreiner to serve 90 days in the Gage County Detention Center, followed by three years on probation for attempted conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
The charge was reduced to an attempted violation as part of an agreement and a second charge of distributing a controlled substance was dismissed.
Court documents state that Cline sold drugs in May 2017. A warrant for his arrest in the case was sealed in county court last year.
