Sometimes it’s hard to tell what your child needs, what her behaviors mean and if you’re doing right by him/her.

Circle of Security Parenting is an opportunity to join other parents for an eight-week class learning to "strengthen your relationships with your child, being present with your child during different times, recognizing your child’s needs and meeting your child’s needs by being bigger, stronger, wiser and kind," a press release stated.

Parents/guardians of young children are invited to attend these free classes from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 at the Pawnee City Public Library, 735 Eighth St., Pawnee City.

Register by contacting Leanne Manning, Nebraska Extension Educator, Saline County, by phone (402) 821-2151 or e-mail leanne.manning@unl.edu by Nov. 1. Class size is limited.
