After two wins at home, the Nebraska women’s basketball team will have to take its show on the road for its next game in the WNIT.
Nebraska will travel to Lawrence, Kansas, to play Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday in the WNIT Super 16.
Nebraska played the first two rounds at home, with wins against Missouri State and Northern Iowa.
Kansas (21-11) beat Missouri 75-47 on Monday to advance. Like Nebraska, Kansas was at home for the first two rounds of the WNIT.
This will be the second time Nebraska and Kansas have played this season. The first time was one of the most memorable games of the season, with the Huskers winning 85-79 against then No. 20 Kansas. That was the first loss of the season for the Jayhawks after a 10-0 start.
