The Beatrice wrestling team had little trouble defeating Waverly and Auburn in a home dual Thursday night.
The Orangemen defeated Waverly 63-16 at the Ozone in Beatrice and then followed that up with a decisive 65-8 win over Auburn.
"The kids showed a lot of intensity tonight," said Beatrice Coach Jordan Johnson. "I was proud of their effort."
In the dual against Waverly, Class B No. 3 Cole Maschmann got things started with a pinfall win over Waverly's Will Franzen in the 145-pound division.
Jarrett Koch followed that up with a pinfall win over Warren Rolf in the 152-pound division.
Coleton Williamson made it three in a row for the Orangemen with a pinfall win over Waverly's Jackson Reiter in the 160-pound division.
In the 170-pound division, Class B eight-ranked Brody Nelson received a forfeit win and in the 182-pouind division, eighth-ranked Dakota Adams won by pinfall over Waverly's Robbie Wilson.
Waverly got their first win of the night when Class B No. 6 Wyatt Fanning was able to pin Beatrice's Brock Ostdiek late in the third round. Waverly's Jacob Krauter then defeated Beatrice's Nolan Bahnson by pin in the 220-pound division.
At 285, Beatrice's Zach Markey received a forfeit as did Ian Roschewski in the 106-poiund division.
In the 113-pound division, Beatrice Bryce Karlin won by pin over Waverly's Micah Bultman.
Class B No. 1 ranked Drew Arnold built a big lead in his 120-pound match against Waverly's Trey Jackson before eventually pinning him in the third round.

In the 126-pound division, Mario Bukovnik lost a 14-3 major decision to Waverly's sixth-ranked Trae Greve.
In the 132-pound division. Class B No. 2 Trevor Reinke received a forfeit. Brett Powers wrapped up the dual with a 4-2 win over Waverly's Garret Jenkins.
The Beatrice, Auburn dual started at the 160-pound division with Coleton Williamson receiving a forfeit win. Brody Nelson then followed that up with a school record seven second pin of Auburn's Colton Koppelmann in the 170-pound division.
In the 182-pound division, Beatrice's Dakota Adams won by pinfall over Wyatt Rowell in the third round. Brock Ostdiek then won by pinfall over Auburn's Noah Sealock in the 195-pound division.
In the 220-pound division, Nolan Bahnson won by pinfall over Auburn's Austin Youngquist and Zach Markey won by pin over Trent Hall in the 285-pound division.
In the 106-pound division, Beatrice's Bryce Karlin won by pin over James Armstrong. Drew Arnold then received a bye at the 120-pound division.
Auburn got their first win in the 126-pound division when Tye Ommert pinned Mario Bukovnik.
In the 132-pouind division, Trevor Reinke won an 18-2 technical fall over Auburn's Aeden Drier.
Auburn's Trenton Ford won a 7-2 decision over Beatrice's Brett Powers in the 138-pound division.
Cole Maschmann won a 5-2 decision over Bayler Poston in the 145-poiund division and Jarrett Koch wrapped up the evening with a pinfall win over Drew Keller in the 152-pound division.
"We talk a lot about going out there to score points and I believe the guys did a great job of that," Johnson said. "Thanks to all the fans that came out. Now it's time to keep getting better."
Beatrice will now travel to a dual at Hastings on Thursday before hosting the Beatrice Invite next Saturday.
