The Beatrice boys and girls soccer teams both fell to Norris on Saturday.
The Lady O traveled to Norris on Saturday and fell 3-0 to the Lady Titans. Beatrice managed 12 shots on goal, but none found the back of the net.
Beatrice coach Bryan Heinz said Norris played uncharacteristically in the game and his team didn't adjust.
"We had great movement and possession through the middle," Heinz said. "Injuries are plaguing us early in the season with five injuries on roster of 17 girls. We will overcome this and continue to battle."
The loss to Norris came after the Lady O registered their first win of the season at Crete on Thursday.
Beatrice won that match 7-0. Shelbi Ankerson scored three goals while Avery Gaertig, Whitney Schwisow, Abby Ware and Nalin Theplikhith scored one goal each.

Heinz said the goal of the night was scored by Theplikhith
"Nalin recovered a bouncing ball in the middle, striking it on the half volley from 28 yards out, finding the side net," Heinz said.
