Beatrice Speedway had its Gage County Fair edition of the races Sunday night.

Five different drivers claimed checkered flags at the event. Jordan Grabouski was able to overtake Johnny Saathoff in the last two laps to claim the Modified A Feature win.

A couple of Armstrongs were victorious once again Sunday night. Roy Armstrong was able to win the Hobby Stock A Feature while Adam Armstrong was victorious in the Sports Mods A Feature.

In the Stock Car division, Eric Bartels was able to win while Stephan Oaks won the Compact A Feature.

Hobby Stock

Roy Armstrong led them out of turn four with Jeff Ware, Brandon Wergin, Cody Green and Nick Beckman all behind. Beckman got spun in turns one and the caution came out, forcing a total restart. Armstrong led them out of turn four with Ware, B. Wergin, Green and Hunter Wergin behind.

The caution came out again for Spencer Galaway when he spun. Armstrong led them out of turn four with Ware, B. Wergin, Green, H. Wergin, Brendon Stigge and Jeff Watts battling for position. With seven laps to go, Stigge moved into the third spot. On the next lap, the caution came out for Ryan Roschewski when he blows his motor.

Roy led them out of turn four with Ware, Stigge and Dylan Richards right behind. Armstrong and Ware pulled away from the pack with Stigge in the third spot.

On lap five, Richards took the third spot. With one lap to go, the caution came out for Tyler Jackson. Armstrong led them out of turn four with Ware, Richards and Stigge behind. Armstrong held off Ware for the win.

Compacts

Steffan Oaks and Justin Brown led them out of turn four and Oaks quickly took the lead with Nathan Wahlstrom and Josh Black right behind. On lap two, Terry Tritt took the fourth spot and two laps later Tritt took the third spot.

With six laps to go, the caution came out for Brown when he stalled on the backstretch. Oaks led them out of turn four with Black, Tritt and Drake Bohlmeyer right behind. Oaks built a several car-length lead and got the win.

Stock Cars

Eric Bartels and Garrett Freese led them out of turn four with Jordan Grabouski and Dusty Blake behind. On lap two, Grabouski took the second spot from Freese. On lap nine, the caution came out for Eric Remple.

Bartels led them out of turn four with Grabouski right behind and Jed Williams in the third spot. On the next lap, the caution came out for Jason Kreft when he got spun. Bartels led them out of turn four with Grabouski right behind.

They battled for several laps with Grabouski doing slide jobs, buthe couldn’t get around Bartels. Bartels held off Grabouski for the win.

Sport Mods

Brian Osantowski and Andrew Whitmore led them out of turn four with Adam Armstrong and Taylor Metz right behind. Coming back out of turn four, Armstrong and Osantowski battled for the lead for the next couple of laps with Whitmore, Metz and Rick Rohr right behind.

On lap three, Armstrong took the lead and on the next lap, the caution came out for Kevin Parrott. Armstrong led them out of turn four with Osantowski, Rohr and Metz right behind. With 10 laps to go, Rohr took the second spot.

Armstrong then built up a straightaway lead over Rohr. With three laps to go, the caution came out for Mark Saathoff when he spun. Armstrong led then out of turn four with Rohr and Metz right behind, but the caution quickly came out for Devyn Peterson.

Armstrong led them out of turn four with Rohr and Metz behind, but the caution came out again for Mike Sherwood. Armstrong led them out of turn four but the caution came out yet again for Parrott.

Armstrong led them out of turn four with Rohr and Metz behind and Rohr and Metz battled for the second spot. Matt Andrews was in the fourth spot got around Metz on the last lap for the third spot. Armstrong held off Rohr for the win.

Mods

Trevor Baker and Dylan Smith led them out of turn four with Jordy Nelson, Trey Duensing, Johnny Saathoff and Dan Nelson all right behind.

Coming back out of turn four, Smith took the lead. Saathoff and J. Nelson battled for the third spot and Johnny Saathoff took the second spot and the caution came out for Nick Snyder.

On the restart, Smith led them out of turn four with Baker, Saathoff, J. Nelson and Jordan Grabouski right behind. On lap four, the caution came out for Snyder again.

On the restart, Smith led them out of turn four with Baker, Johnny Saathoff, J. Nelson and Grabouski behind and on the next lap, the caution came out again for Kyle Olberding when he spun. Smith led them out of turn four with Baker, Saathoff, and Grabouski behind.

Saathoff got around Baker for the second spot and on the next lap Smith and Saathoff battled for the lead and on lap eight, Saathoff took the lead coming out of turn four. On the next lap, the caution came out for Danny Lane.

Saathoff led them out of turn four with Smith, Grabouski and Anthony Roth behind. Grabouski took the second spot from Smith. With seven laps to go, the caution came out for Robert Brinkman when he spun.

Saathoff led them out of turn four with Grabouski and Smith right behind. With two laps to go, Grabouski took the lead coming out of turn four and held Saathoff off for the win.
