Premier Carpet Care is a family owned and operated premium quality carpet and tile cleaning service. We are an IICRC company located in Beatrice providing service to southeast Nebraska.

 

In April of 2007, Premier Carpet Care began with the purchase of our first portable with a rotary extractor. Arlyn worked part-time with this equipment until he retired in October, 2008 from the Beatrice Fire Department. At that time, we purchased our first truck mount, El-Diablo hot water extraction unit that was installed in our van. Our company continued to grow, and in January of 2010, our son-in-law, Eric Roschewski, started as our first employee. On January 1, 2011, our company became an LLC. Jake Carrel joined us as a part-time employee in the spring of 2011, working his days off from Beatrice Fire Department.

Through the years, we have expanded into flood water restoration. With the purchase of Hi CFM fans, commercial dehumidifiers, and moisture monitoring equiment, we have the necessary equipment to completely dry most property. Arlyn and Eric are both IICRC (Institute of Inspection in Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in carpet cleaning and Arlyn is certified in flood water restoration. Our team continues to attend company sponsored seminars and training.

January of 2012, we purchased our second El-Diablo truck mount unit, odor control equipment and a low moisture bonnet maintenance carpet cleaning equipment.

We are currently one of a few locally owned cleaning and restoration businesses capable of responding quickly to flood water emergencies with powerful equipment and trained personnel. With our state of the art equipment and team, we are able to clean carpet in most large businesses in one day.

We pride ourselves as being a local family owned and operated business, built on referrals from customers and friends. Our employees pay attention to detail and we are committed to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied.
