Hall serves as assistant maintenance supervisor for the Lancaster County Engineering Department. Kutschkau is a road foreman for the Nance County Road Department, Stark works as a public works construction inspector with Sarpy County Public Works, and Stoltenberg is an associate technician with Olsson.
Class B superintendents are qualified to assist in managing county, city, and village road and street programs. Their responsibilities include preparing improvement plans and annual budgets, supervising road design, construction, and maintenance projects, and coordinating plans with neighboring jurisdictions and the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
